Pricing
All pricing is in Australian dollars and excludes GST. Prices may change without prior notice.
Ordering
You may order via our secure website, email to sales@victoriasessentials.com or fill in our Order Form and fax to (03) 9550 0816
*A Proforma Invoice including Shipping costs will be emailed as confirmation
3. We pride ourselves on the speed of our service and orders are typically invoiced within 24 hours.
4. Price commitment is made on the placement of orders only.
5. Our minimum order amount is $50.
PAYMENT METHODS
1. All orders must be paid prior to shipment
2. We accept Visa,MasterCard or Bank Transfer. Banking details are listed on our invoice, or please call our office on (03) 9550 0816 to make a phone payment.
SHIPPING
1. There are no taxes payable on International Orders.
2. Australian orders are shipped via courier. International orders are shipped via Australia Post EPI signed delivery.
3. Customers using their own Couriers will be required to make the necessary arrangements and will be contacted when the order is ready for pick-up.
RETURN POLICY AND CANCELLATIONS
1. All orders must be checked within 24 hours of receipt so that any discrepencies may be addressed.
2. If an error has been made on a written order, we will gladly pay for re-shipment.
